Yes. The Professional plan includes client intake in English and Spanish. Spanish intake is not included on Starter.
Can it transfer hot leads to an attorney?
Yes. Professional includes live call transfer to an available attorney.
Which practice areas does it support?
The five predefined practice areas are Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Immigration, Estate Planning. Starter includes one practice area template; Professional includes all five.
Does it integrate with Clio?

Is client information kept confidential?
Calls and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to your firm's account, and your firm controls recording retention. Firms are responsible for required recording notices and consents. Ask us for our security overview before going live.
Does the AI give legal advice?
No. LegalCall.ai does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship with callers. Your firm remains responsible for legal advice and representation decisions.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. LegalCall.ai works with your firm's existing phone number.
